Rebranding Tiny Gallery’s vibrant digital community presence

Tiny Gallery is a public art initiative transforming empty community spaces into miniature art exhibitions
My Role:

Asset Templates
Social Media Graphics
Web Design
Motion Graphics
Since its founding in 2023, Tiny Gallery has evolved its programming beyond exhibitions to include creative workshops, artist talks, and live performances.

Tiny Gallery required a cohesive and scalable brand identity to support its expanding operations. I designed an energetic visual identity and web presence to increase its reach and connect new audiences with its public programming.

As the sole designer on the project, I developed visual systems, templates, and style guidelines that streamline digital content production while reflecting the nonprofit’s commitment to local community engagement and art accessibility.

An identity system built around Tiny Gallery’s logomark: the distinct silhouette of a wooden gallery boxTo represent Tiny Gallery’s expanded community presence, I designed an abstracted version of the original logo that serves as the primary graphic element across the design system.

The simplified mark acts as a “window” to gallery activities, emphasizing its mission to provide approachable entry points to social engagement.

An expansive visual foundation for text and imageWith the irregular hexagon as a base for image and typographic treatments, I built a flexible graphic system and corresponding social templates that can easily adapt across applications to highlight artists, artworks, stories, and programming.

Refining Tiny Gallery’s digital platformAlongside the brand identity redesign, I restructured the website’s information architecture to streamline navigation across Tiny Gallery’s digital experience.

I designed the website’s visual identity in alignment with the new brand guidelines and simplified its core site functions, such as the exhibition calendar and archive, to make art and events more accessible.

Energetic color pairings to give each exhibition its own voice
Tiny Gallery’s palette of fresh, bright hues references the suburban landscape and natural world that make up the backdrop of their galleries.

Over 100 color combinations support a wide range of expression, allowing each exhibition to have a distinct tone within a unified brand framework.
